An Artificial Intelligence (AI) research and deployment firm with headquarters in San Francisco, California in the United States, OpenAI has appointed Mira Murati to the position of Chief Technical Officer. ChatGPT, an AI-powered chatbot, was initially released in November 2022 and is largely credited with OpenAI’s meteoric rise to prominence across the entire planet.

The most notable quality of ChatGPT is that it engages in conversational exchanges and is able to produce responses to text inputs that are eerily similar to those produced by actual people. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Mira Murati currently serves as the project leader for ChatGPT as well as DALL-E, an artificial intelligence-based system that is able to generate digital images based on descriptions made in natural language.
