Ramveer Upadhyay (1 August 1957 – 2 September 2022) was an Indian politician and a member of the 17th Legislative Assembly of the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. He was a member of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), which is a political party, and he represented the Sadabad constituency in the state of Uttar Pradesh. In the past, he served as the representative for the Sikandra Rao and Hathras seats, and during that time, he was elected to the assembly four times. On January 14, 2022, he tendered his resignation from the Bahujan Samaj Party, and the next day, on January 15, 2022, he registered as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)

Upadhyay was born to Ram Charan Upadhyay in the village of Bamauli, which is located in the Hathras district. He attended Meerut University and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Upadhyay tied the knot with Seema Upadhyay on February 14, 1985, and the couple went on to have two girls and a son together. By trade, he worked in the legal and agricultural fields respectively.

Upadhyay served as an MLA for a total of four terms. As a member of the Bahujan Samaj Party political party, he served as a representative for the Sikandra Rao seat. Since 2017, he has been the representative for the Sadabad seat.
