Tunde Onakoya empowers 60 women in Makoko with business grant

Founder, Chess In Slums, Tunde Onakoya has announced he and his girlfriend have empowered 60 Makoko women with micro grants for their small businesses.

He said the women are mothers of children who have been enrolled into the Chess Academy.

According to the entrepreneur, he supported them with the grant in the Spirit of Easter.

Tunde wrote; ”In the spirit of Easter, we visited Makoko to extend love and support to the families of the children in our chess academy.

We empowered 60 mothers with micro grants for their business.

The moment we stop fighting for each other, that’s the moment that we lose our humanity♥️”
